Individual
Psychotherapy

I provide individual psychotherapy for adults seeking depth-oriented work focused on long-standing patterns, relational history, and emotional complexity. My approach is thoughtful, steady, and collaborative, with an emphasis on understanding how difficulties developed over time and how they are maintained in the present.

This work is not primarily symptom-focused or technique-driven. It is designed for people who want to think carefully about their inner lives, relationships, and choices, and who are interested in meaningful, durable change.

How I work

In therapy, we pay attention to patterns that repeat — in relationships, in emotional responses, and in how you experience yourself. Together, we work to understand where those patterns come from, what they once made possible, and how they may now be limiting your freedom or flexibility.

My role is active and engaged. I bring clinical judgment, curiosity, and reflection to the work, and I aim to create a space that can hold complexity without rushing toward premature solutions.

This may be a good fit if:

  • You feel stuck in patterns that you understand intellectually but can’t seem to shift

  • You are navigating relational difficulties, identity questions, or the long-term effects of earlier experiences

  • You are looking for a therapist who values depth, nuance, and careful thinking

  • You are open to a process that unfolds over time rather than a short-term, manualized approach

I work with adults in ongoing individual psychotherapy. Sessions are typically held weekly and are between 45–55 minutes. Therapy develops around your specific goals and circumstances.
